Every new review gets a drafted reply. A person approves it before it posts.
Repraft watches for new customer reviews in GoHighLevel and BrightLocal, writes a reply that follows the guidelines you set for each business, and sends it to Slack for someone on your team to approve.
No sign-up form. Email us and we set you up over Slack Connect.
7 days
After a week, the approval window on a review closes. A reply that late reads worse than no reply, so Repraft stops offering one.
How it works
Four steps, and a person is in the third one every time.
-
01
A new review comes in.
Repraft receives new reviews from GoHighLevel, BrightLocal, or any review tool that can send a webhook. You connect a source once, and reviews arrive on their own from then on.
-
02
Repraft drafts a reply.
It reads the review and writes a response that follows the guidelines you set for that business: what to say to a happy customer, how to handle a complaint. Each draft is checked for things a business shouldn't say in public, such as admitting fault or offering a discount nobody agreed to.
-
03
The draft goes to Slack.
The review and the draft land in a Slack channel shared with your team. Someone approves it with one click. A draft nobody approves stays where it is, and the approval window closes after a week.
-
04
Your team posts the approved reply.
Once approved, the reply is ready to go up on the platform where the review was left, under the business's own name. Repraft never publishes anything on its own.
For people who answer reviews on someone else's behalf.
- Agencies
- You manage reviews for a roster of clients, each with its own voice and its own things not to say. Repraft keeps a separate set of reply guidelines for every client.
- SEO consultants
- Replying to reviews is already part of your local search work. Repraft writes the first draft, so your time goes into the approval rather than the typing.
- Franchise and multi-location networks
- Many locations, one brand standard. Each location's reviews get a reply in the same voice, and someone who knows the brand signs off on it.
What we hold ourselves to.
-
A person approves every reply.
Repraft writes drafts. Posting is always a person's decision, never an automatic step.
-
Each account's data stays separate.
Reviews and drafts belonging to one account aren't visible to any other. We test that separation directly and treat any failure of it as the most serious kind of bug.
-
Personal details are masked.
When a reviewer writes a phone number, email address or similar detail into a review, it is masked automatically before it reaches our logs or the drafting step.
-
Manipulative reviews go to a person.
A review that looks like an attempt to steer the AI is held for someone to look at instead of being drafted against.
-
Your reviews don't train AI models.
We don't use your reviews or drafts to train models, and our model provider's terms prohibit it too.
-
These are safeguards, not guarantees. Automated checks miss things, which is why a person approves every reply. The specifics are in our Privacy Policy.
